Powerloop Solutions builds focused tools for teams working with complex operational systems. Workflow Analysis is the first product: a workspace for importing, comparing, reviewing, and consolidating CargoWise workflow XML exports.
Why it exists
Workflow templates can grow hard to reason about over time. Small changes may affect tasks, triggers, milestones, completion actions, and downstream configuration in ways that are difficult to see in a raw XML export.
The product is built to make review work easier: compare workflow versions, find repeated objects, inspect task relationships, and prepare consolidated exports for validation. It does not replace human review, and generated exports should be checked before being imported into any production environment.
How the service handles files
CargoWise workflow XML can contain customer information, shipment references, office details, credentials, and confidential business logic. The service treats uploaded XML as customer data and processes it to provide the requested analysis and export tools.
Customers keep ownership of their uploaded files and generated outputs. The service is designed around authenticated access, private storage configuration, user or tenant-scoped storage paths, retention controls, and deletion workflows. Raw XML content should not be written to ordinary application logs.
